This screams “our previous fulfillment provider cut us loose because we stopped paying them months ago”

If what they said is true, they probably just tried to turn off their homepage to stop orders while fulfillment moves not realizing that everything is still available to purchase on shop app and their site.

Also wouldn’t be shocked if they fold within a week or two. Weird not to send out a note like that sooner or to put a banner on their site saying “we are temporarily haulting orders until we move fulfillment centers”

They haven't replied to any emails for a month, so that seems more suspicious than the website shenanigans to me.

Couldn’t agree more. I’m pretty sure everyone here had gotten a response to previous emails within 48 hours. Just a bad sign to not respond to anything.
