I had a seam split on at least 1 ROTM for the last 3 months. CS always tells me they don't have any replacement jackets available so they just give me store credit. I receive a random amount between $15 - $20.
I don't mind it. I honestly couldn't think of anything fair to request if VMP asks me what compensation they could offer for all the issues I had the last 2 months.

Pauly's a good dude. Although my orders from November have yet to be shipped, he helped sort out a lot of the other issues I had with VMP. Hope the CS team gets compensated well for all the shit VMP put them through.
This doesn't make any sense at all since VMP themselves sent a notice that we should expect to receive our orders in multiple shipments since they are not going to bundle all orders so they could send it out as fast as possible.
I asked CS this morning to cancel my subscription and to process my refunds ASAP since they weren't gonna do anything about the oversold records. They processed the refunds immediately but just found out just now that they only cancelled my membership AFTER charging me for Jan ROTM. Best. Damn...
They offered me a replacement copy earlier because my copy had a seam split. I opted for store credits so there should be at least a copy available for you.
