I've had good experiences before with them too, but they've also twice sent me a CD instead of the LP I ordered and even though they had the LP in stock they would only give me a refund if I returned them because the price had risen. They were at least quick to send me a label, but a pain in the ass nonetheless.

I'm still waiting on mine. They said they had over 15,000 orders and they should have everything out by the end of this week. They sold more records in their sale than any RSD.
