Cannot believe PIT did not go for it on 4th and 1 down by two possessions. But I'm OK with that.

I need something positive to take my mind off CIN this week 😞

EDIT: Sterling game from Carr. A loss from PIT certainly helps.

EDIT: oh
That’s an impressive win for the Raiders on the road off a short week.

Both West divisions still undefeated halfway through week 2.

Any Kansas City folks on here?

I am glad the Bears won but as a Bears fan, biggest thing to come out of that mess of a game was that Justin Fields is going to start moving forward. I wish Andy Dalton a speedy recovery and a prosperous career as a back up moving forward. The future is now.

I seriously hope Nagy can fix the play calling though. I'm going to assume what we saw yesterday was more a product of not having the reps in practice to gameplan. But if we come out with that type of play calling again it's going to go bad fast. I'm still baffled how little we call moving pockets with bad OL and mobile QBs. It's a large concern that we hired an "offensive guru" and the offensive side of the ball has consistently been a mess.

Yeah, Nagey isn’t a head coach that being said think Fields is good enough he can succeed in spite of him though and hopefully if things get too bad maybe he’ll turn play calling duties back over to Bill Lazor, something that I think actually helped last season.

The Peyton & Eli ESPN2 broadcast has made Monday Might Football immensely more watchable. If it’s a Bears game, I would probably still prefer a traditional format but listening to these guys break down the action in between fucking with each other (as only brothers can do) is fun and informative in a way the normal broadcast could never be.

It's solid. I still like spinning records more during MNF, but it's a good breather program.

I'm glad they both agreed about the 'fumble-nope-then how about grounding?' BS call last night. I realize the Lions lost anyway, and not at all because of that call...but bad calls against them in Green Bay are tradition, one I'd love to see broken.

The Lions seem to have something that is working for them. They haven’t been dominated in either of their first two games against two very good teams. Like they are playing hard but don’t have the talent to necessarily compete. I bet they beat the Bears this season at least once.

Yeah, I am already seeing 'fire Dan Campbell' tweets...that's just silly. He took over a team that was disjointed, dysfunctional and way undermanned. And yet they seem to want to play for him and his staff.

Quinn and Patricia really hurt this team. Quinn's drafts on offense weren't terrible, but there's not a D player that he drafted or brought in that is helping this team right now. (Sorry Trey Flowers) In fact, Patricia drove out two of their only above average players on D - Slay and Diggs. The offense will be ok, but they will need a WR to emerge as a #1 at some point.
