I’d definitely be interested to see some reviews once they come out though. It’s a hole in my collection that I’d like to fill eventually!I’m not sure cutting some of those at half speed are gonna help.

Are these represses? Weren’t they done already? I remember being disappointed “Loaded” wasn’t done a couple years ago as it’s really the only VU album I like.I’m not sure cutting some of those at half speed are gonna help.
I've struggled to get into Low in the past but the first tracks from this album have really grabbed me. Thanks for the reminder -- I'm picking this one up, especially since I can almost see Luna from my house.Apologies for FOMO stoking, but I'm so excited about the new Low album after the three singles that I wanted to let you all know that this red edition of /500 only has 17 copies left. I can't wait to hear this album on Friday.

Definitely a worthwhile hole to fill. But as I recall, a lot of those albums’ source material was a little rough from Day 0.I’d definitely be interested to see some reviews once they come out though. It’s a hole in my collection that I’d like to fill eventually!
You know there is a Sundazed MGM/Verve Mono Box available cut by Boom Boom and pressed at RTI where you can fill that a big portion (4 VU LPs + a Nico LP) of that hole for a very reasonable price, right?…I’d definitely be interested to see some reviews once they come out though. I didn’t pick that up when it came out and still sort of kick myself for it. Was sorta hoping these reissues would drive the price down a little - it’s been scarce for a bit.You know there is a Sundazed MGM/Verve Mono Box available cut by Boom Boom and pressed at RTI where you can fill that a big portion (4 VU LPs + a Nico LP) of that hole for a very reasonable price, right?…

That "An Anti Album" almost looks like a subtitle. Took me a minute to realize this wasn't some sort of concept record.View attachment 111453

Ah, I hadn’t checked availability recently. For a while it was going for around $100 on Amazon.I didn’t pick that up when it came out and still sort of kick myself for it. Was sorta hoping these reissues would drive the price down a little - it’s been scarce for a bit.
Yeah, I was sure it was going to dip under a bill and was wrong, now it’s OOP. Occasionally you’d find dead stock around $130, but I haven’t seen it for a bit. I think it’s pretty firmly parked at around $200-250.Ah, I hadn’t checked availability recently. For a while it was going for around $100 on Amazon.
The first track of this definitely does not sound like a typical Mule album. The way they recorded it to get the old school blues sound really comes through in the first track they released. Gonna sound great on vinyl.
