I used to buy sooooooo many Newbury Comics records when I was first getting into collecting circa 2015/2016. Most of their records were less than $30. Here's the receipt for a big order I placed in 2015.

If you do the math that's $20.25/record with the discount. The pricing for everything they put out now is insane. And add to the top of that the cheapest shipping is always $7.... it's highway robbery.

Not sure if you've ever been to one of their stores, but they also raise the prices on popular titles that are close to selling out. I saw one of their Nirvana Bleach copies in store marked up to $75.

Dope. Love how quick him, Jesse Daniels, and Cody Jinks just pump out high quality albums almost yearly.

Wonder if there will be a VMP exclusive for this like the last one. That one was dope, and honestly a deal considering the shipping prices on State Fair Records.

Upcharging like crazy for an autograph this time. Last album, it was $30. I doubt VMP would have an exclusive since Glad You Made it is still available for sale.

Same. Then the box would arrive and I wouldn’t be excited for any of it because they were all just dumb variants of available records that I’d never buy as is. Then I’d thrust myself into a deep depression until I saw what they were going for on discogs
