Looks like there's a new Dawn Richard up in the store today.
When I joined (Biggie month) there was a Dawn Richard album that stayed in the sale section for ages. It was in there so long it made me chuckle.

Dawn Richard deserves a lot more attention. Great artist!
Her new sound seems to be going more in the direction of Janelle Monáe - which should draw some attention.

Nah, I tried that trick but it won't work. Have been a member on and off since 2017, but somehow the last quit was definite. They don't even have my billig info anymore. Could be cause I sent them a preeeetty sour note when I canceled after the price hike.

TL: DW - Was listening to this Floating Points session from 4 years ago and Sam Sheppard name checks "people [in the club] going crazy for a Pharoah Sanders record" at the 16:40ish mark. Wonder how long this Promises project has been in the works?
