Hip Hop

What is yall most prized record in your collection.
Just 1 lol.
WSG - Hitler Wears Hermès 1.

My first Griselda and first Daupe purchase. While not my favorite release, it’s the one that really got me into Griselda and it’s associates and set me on a path of collecting this new wave of hip hop on vinyl. It was really tough to narrow it down to that one, though.

2 Answers. My original pressing of 3ft High and Rising due to that album being the record that got me into hip hop in the first place. And then Big KRIT 4 Eva is a Mighty Long time. I randomly snagged that at retail cost and now I see it's one of the more sought after records out there.

4Eva N A Day by Big KRIT from the Underground Edition collection. If i eve get my hands on 4EIAMLT then that would be it lol
I took owning 4EIAMLT for granted, but now I see how highly coveted it is and I am so glad I snagged it when I did. It's easily the record I spin more than anything else in my collection. Such a classic. That was the first Big KRIT show I went to as well.

Mach's Hard Lemonade 😎
I guess i'll know when i find a bill from customs in the mailbox but since the shipping cost was only $15, that might not be until 2021.

My Donuts 45 box set. My parents never have understood hiphop and when I was in high school they got it for me for a birthday to show they supported me. I don't think it's rare by any means. Rare or expensive wise probably my tana talk 3. Never letting go of that shit thats my baby

My most treasured album is a test pressing of a number of J Dilla songs performed instrumentally by The Roots. It is an exquisitely nuanced performance, and might be my best sounding record as well.

Most spun record is my 2Pac 'Old School' 12". "Remember the italian ices??"
yo is there a non test press version of that dilla that sounds fire

I really don’t know what my most treasured album would be. The Hybrid was the first Danny Brown album I heard so I’m glad to have it on vinyl. I was wanting May God Bless Your Hustle to happen and was pretty happy to grab a copy when it randomly popped up.
