Rami's performance aside, Bohemian Rhapsody felt very underwhelming. I read this somewhere and it resonated, but it played out like a greatest hits album instead of that classic album you replay over and over. It felt like something that would've been great had it been released in 2002. Why not just read the Wikipedia page on the band instead?

Rocketman put a creative spin on an already familiar story, which I appreciated.

Also, the new Fleet Foxes isn't doing much for me. I guess I just don't like them all that much anymore. I loved their debut and quite liked Helplessness Blues, but I don't need any more from where that came from. I sure could use a new FJM album though.

I mean, did we really need a shot for shot remake of Live Aid? It was cool and all but I can just watch the real thing and as a bonus not be distracted by the horrible CGI audience.

Not sure about Cyndi Lauper. Cyndi for sure looks like a limited repress that would be collectable, but is it at all a decent Christmas Album. I'm more interesting in a good christmas album than just buying it because it's limited. Anyone familiar with it?

Same here. I tried to get into 'Crack Up' plenty of times in 2017 but it never hit the same way 'Helplessness Blues' and everything before that did. Will eventually give 'Shore' a try, but I'm not going to try and rush it just to buy some vinyl.
 
Actually emailed to see about the variant count on the red FF. Got this response just now:

The demand was much higher than anticipated, so, to help make this variant available for a slightly longer window of time and to allow more fans to participate in the release, it was decided to increase the number of copies that would be made available from 500 to 1000.
