I'm not doubting your love for the brand. You've more than proven it.

Buuuutttttt, it's much easier to give a positive review of a product you didn't have to pay for.

We all know your praise is real. But there may come a time when new people are in our community, and they won't get the full backstory. I'm not questioning you, but all "sponsored ambassadors" will inevitably be called into question. Again, likely not from those of us that saw your dedication through these last few months, but it will be questioned by someone at some point.

From Saturday, the 1st of February, I’m going to really cut down on meat! I watched that documentary “Game-Changers” and I want to really eat healthier now. I want more energy, I want a smoking hot body, and I want my blood to be more liquidy! On the 3rd of February, I’m doing a 3-day detox, so I’m super excited about that!

And I am not going to be scared to make noise when I’m trying to lift for my one-max rep or when I’m on my 7th rep of an exercise and am struggling!

I’ll be somewhat contrarian and say this was the right move all around. There was outcry for visible action to make real amends. Test pressings are showing up to affected doorsteps on Reddit. Now this. No, they can’t make everything perfect nor should they. But this is real, no BS effort being made. Of course it is strategic. They are a business so, to some extent, every move they make is strategic in nature. I’m no apologist but I am no blind hater, either (Once my sub is up in July I am forever done because I am no idiot, either).

If this was intended to be visible that they gave one member a free membership for life, then that alone is a tone deaf move. And the test pressings aren't going to negatively affected members, only those that were positively affected, already.

Try it! I was skeptical but my wife convinced me to try plant-based for the month of January and I am down 3kg so far and my energy level is way up. Don't tell her, but I might stick with it as I'm training for my first Spartan Beast this summer.

Try it! I was skeptical but my wife convinced me to try plant-based for the month of January and I am down 3kg so far and my energy level is way up. Don't tell her, but I might stick with it as I'm training for my first Spartan Beast this summer.

I’ve gone plant based and energy is up, soreness is down, and sleep is better (Which is odd since I should be getting more nightly erections, right? Lol).

This is the weird thing. Test pressings should have gone out to the people whose orders got fucked up and never got the record they ordered.

I’m pretty sure I’ll be dead at the end of it. It’s a Half marathon distance obstacle course race. My kids signed me up as my Christmas present because they thought it sounded like a fun thing to train for as a family. Their distance is 3km.

This is how I would think it would be:

Thick and cloudy blood = body less happy, which means...sleep is worse. Maybe because your body has less energy, due to eating meat, you get less erections whilst asleep.

More erections during sleep = more energy. More energy = clean and runny blood, meaning your body is circulating better, which makes it better for your brain and body. Because everything is flowing more smoothly, you sleep better!

I’m going to just cut down on meat. My parents cook meat every night so I can’t fully avoid it! That’s so good to hear the results from you not eating meat! Especially that your energy level is up!
