Vinyl Me Please (store, exclusives, swaps, etc)

Yup, was in MusicDirect's 2020 catalog.

I was surprised, because there had been rumors of Sony putting an end to 3rd party licensing. But that appears to not be the case. In fact, I'm lobbying MoFi right now to do an RCA/Sony title that is dear to me.
I guess I need to actually sit down and look through that novel catalog.

How is it that Pauly can answer this email within what an hour or so but cannot respond to my response to HIS EMAIL TO ME from Monday? So frustrating...
You know what the best part of this all is? They owed me two replacements from October. During the migration those disappeared from my account so I emailed them. After 11 days they got back saying "sorry we don't know what happened but I have created a new order for that replacement". That order was for the wrong record. The two correct replacements showed up the next day. I responded to the email saying that's not the right one, and then telling them the next day that I got my replacememnts. Guess what shipped out yesterday? LOL yep a replacement for a record I never requested to be replaced. It was The Soft Bullitien, anyone in here get screwed on that one? If so I'd be glad to send it to you for cost of shipping. If not I will just give it to a buddy who is a fan.

I have a suspicion that Still Woozy might not have simply been open to non-members, but ex-members, specifically. The only cases I'm hearing about non-members buying it involve people whose memberships lapsed. Couple that with the fact that members couldn't buy it without signing in leads me to believe that, as long as you had an account to sign in with -- membership or not -- you could cart and purchase it.

Does that add up?

Also, welcome from the dumpster fire that is the Very Meaty Pizza subreddit.

I mean, someone just posted a response from Paulu saying it wasn’t ever meant to be a member exclusive, sooooooo....

You are all
