Yes. I use Discographic on iOS. It scrobbles perfectly for me. Full albums or individual songs.

Yes, yes and yes. The only problems I have with it were it not being able to scrobble my video game soundtracks and I don’t like how compilations get scrobbled as separate albums

The Discogs app does scrobble, but it logs me out every time I log in on another device, which annoys me. I'll have to have a look at some of the other apps that have been mentioned!
