Speaker Relay trouble

Hey all!

I need to clean or replace the speaker relays on my Yamaha RX 596. I feel confident in my abilities with a soldering iron (if need be) as well as the process.

My one real question: how much of a risk do I have of being electrocuted by accidentally touching a capacitor?

unplug it and leave it for an hour and the capacitors should be discharged.
