Has anyone else who has ordered posters or other items from Mondo had issues with not receiving them, no updates, hard to reach customer service? Any recommendations from experience on best way to resolve missing order fulfillment, assuming basic means have been attempted?

Haven’t had issues to date. Maybe consider trying one of their socials like twitter?

I've ordered many posters and some records from Mondo, never had an issue. I've also had good luck contacting them a few times to ask them to combine orders to reduce the shipping costs.
