Interesting...I did check this morning and the PayPal transaction says "Seller Protection: Eligible", but I don't really know what I'm doing. It doesn't seem like I can initiate anything. Does it depend on the buyer starting a claim?

@MikeH – I got the record back! The packaging was similar to mine, but not the same. Corners were all dented or creased w/ a top seam split inside a shitty mailer. Pretty sure I got the ol' switcheroo. I'm leaning towards sending the refund and calling it a loss. It's not worth losing a 100%...

@ThePakoBuelna I agree! It shouldn't be on me if they received my package in Chicago and then from there shipped it to San Diego, BUT how can I dispute this with Discogs? I looked and didn't see much info on disputes in general on their site.

@Vinyl&Kicks86 Interesting...so would be reasonable to think they secured a mint copy (mine) in exchange for a damaged/warped one they may have received from that batch?

Not to my knowledge. My guess is the masters may have been in that fire from around that same time. Would still buy it in a heartbeat!

@MikeH No pictures. We'll see when I get it back (delivery date says Friday). My guess is a damaged one will be inside a new mailer rather than the one that got "whooped". Record was Chance the Rapper's Acid Rap.

@djdavedk I do on the high priced stuff ($200+), but I've only sold 20-25 records combined on Discogs/eBay and never had a problem w/ a buyer until now. Law of averages suggests it was bound to happen eventually. Lesson learned the hard way. This record was sold for $125.

@Melt Face Molly Drop yes, but they've purchased a ton of records over the past year. 75 in the past 3 months, 161 over 6 months, 217 over 12 months. Another loophole in Discogs – you can't alter your feedback for a buyer after the fact. I left positive feedback for paying quickly, but can't...

It was sent sealed, mint, in a sturdy mailer with bubble wrap housed around the record. I said "Ok, send pictures if available, otherwise here's my address feel free to ship it back for a refund." I sent the record to Chicago. It's being shipped back to me from San Diego. My wife thinks I'll get...

Guy initially contacted me and made a slightly lowball offer. I didn't respond right away. Woke up the next day to him making the purchase at list price. Had instructions to ship using generic packaging & nothing saying Discogs on the shipping label. Sent the record and it was received. Days go...

Kenna is an amazing artist and his two full lengths are both solid from start to finish. It doesn't seem like he's doing music anymore – his socials are basically blank. I doubt there will ever be vinyl pressings.

Would absolutely love to have their last album, The Night, pressed on vinyl. That's on a different label I believe, so the rights might be tied up. Still surprised Run Out Groove doesn't try to attempt it though...
