Hi! It's quite far indeed! Really cool - around 20 stands, including Hidden Sounds, VDS London and Rooksrecord. There was one label and the other were smaller traders. I bought few Soul/Funk from the 80s and some Balearic/low-fi stuff :)
Have you heard of this label called DATA DISCS? Basically the first "record label solely dedicated to releasing video game soundtracks on vinyl". Their artwork is very cool. Have anyone some of their records?
Data Discs
Hopefully it will be the beginning of a new era where Artists will be able to monetize their music in a fairer way. This coupled with the Spotify scandals could be a turning point for the Industry.
Thanks Both! Cool choices.
The latest concept/experience store which just opened in Soho is Third Man Records. It's probably one of the most crazy concept I've ever seen. The Artist Jack White is behind it. Probably no economical rationale behind this!
Hi Everyone! Where do you guys buy your records in the UK? I am based in London - quite like Kristina Records for Electronic music and Hidden Sounds for more instrumental / second hands rarities.
East Rough Trade is not bad for new music and live experiences.
Have you been able to put them on? Different size/weight could result in a different experience.
I would not personally go for an "open box" option. The HiFiMan HE-560 new seems a very good option!
Hi everyone - I'm Georges, currently based in the UK/London. Started collecting records 8 years ago. Very ecclectic collection from Musique Concrete to 00's Techno. Happy to be here!
