This was my first vault package and while the music is great, I agree for the price I was expecting a bit nicer presentation, e.g., jacket + sleeves. The DVD case is also cardboard, FWIW, not so much of an issue but el-cheapo route, too.

Here's mine, album sounds great! Ever-present dust is maddening :) I also did some research to figure out how to clean the 45 with my VPI cleaning machine and found a tip that worked well for me: use plastic wrap and some tape:

Well it's good to know I shouldn't take it personally, ha! I have taken advantage of most of the Target 3 for 2 offers in the past and had fantastic success with good packaging/delivery....until now. One of the albums I received was damaged and now these cancellations. It's ok, I will try...

Yesh, I kept getting those emails to confirm the delay and then poof it was cancelled. The Target rep I spoke with basically told me there was nothing he could do to reorder. Hope you have better luck than I did!

Bummer, FYI Target just cancelled two of my Tone Poet pre-orders for Jackie M and Bobby H as well saying that I had not responded to approve the delay even though I had indeed done this. I just gave a call and it turns out these are sold out for them, so the message I received wasn't accurate...

Yeah, last time was a gong show for me as it was for many others. Spent 30 minutes or so trying to make the transaction as I had to remove multiple copies due to slow response and then ultimately receive no copies. This time was a much better experience. :)
