Yeah before I buy those big overpriced box sets, I always go with either the original pressings or the cheaper Mofi offerings that always eventually go on sale.

The Monk Higgins Extra soul perception is a NM Promo copy. Missed on4e on eBay last month so it was awesome that I found this copy in my local and all Jazz was 15% off to boot.

I bought a Cork 2-piece slipmat last year for my Technics 1200G but I was reading about Technics Rubber mats actually being sought after and how great quality they are so I switched back. Honestly I couldn’t tell that much of a difference really.

Well if you got the VMP Blue Note, we’re getting a free Wayne Shorter replacement because of some issue with the labels. They were able to replace some of them but some still shipped messed up so they are sending a replacement regardless of if you got the corrected version or not. Yay I guess

Ahhh we think alike. The ommision of the LED upgrade caught my eye too. I think I can get that upgrade done at an AV repair near me. As for price tho and this is what has me thinking really really long about this is 1200 with wooden case, 1000 without it.
