Paul Quinn was Teenage Fanclub's drummer in the 1990s. In The Primary 5 he makes quite fabulous guitar pop much like, you probably guessed it! The Primary 5 - High Five (2008, Hurrah Musica reissue, 2019)

Does it sound nice? No sight of any copies on this side of the world...

But, then it was up again and preordered! Great stuff. The album really is very very good, perhaps even better than Warm...

This is one of my go-to albums for checking out new equipment. Great sound, it's a record I have heard many times and the pressing is good. Did I mention that probably should be called a modern classic? Destroyer - Kaputt (Merge, 2014)

Getting some new speakers and loads of new records was well timed. More restrictive measures back on here in Norway.

Bought a pair of used Rega R5 floorstanders. Have spent the day reworking the shelves to make some space for them. Yes, I know it is a bit cramped, but I can bring the speakers out in the room when I have the house for myself... Still they sound very nice and the front port makes them work well...

So, Welcome Interstate Managers vinyl reissue is up for preorder at my local record store. At a whopping 60 dollars! I'll get it though, the vinyl addict that I am.
