Looks like VMP is on the ball in all aspects of their business. Look at this ad that just showed up for me! Except if you follow it, it's $224, not @24. I feel baited and switched. What a company!

FWIW, I've gotten really quick responses when calling them out in the comments of one of their Instagram posts. Was almost immediate. Then just keep hammering them. Took a couple of days, but at least there was a solution in the end.

FYI, after loudly complaining on IG and then mentioning again in an IG DM that I still had not heard from CS, my issues have been fixed. Replacement Stooges is slated to be shipped. I managed to fix my swap issues on my own yesterday after they mysteriously put more Roots in the swap bin...

Same over here. I emailed about damaged Stooges and only got the automated response. That was on Monday.
