    Vinyl Me Please Essentials

The numbers of B-related essential albums from 66 is kinda crazy. All of which I already own a copy of: Pet Sounds and Revolver are 1&2 on my all-time list. But there's also Dylan, BB with EC, and East West. All more essential than most "Essentials". This is where they go with a complete...

The mono Buffalo Springfield was $15 during one of those buy two get one Target deals. One of the best sounding albums in the collection. Won't bite on that one.

Or he spent the preorder money, and they are now getting delivered. Total speculation.

Vinyl Me Pauly (store, exclusives, swaps, etc)

The problem is country music has never really broken from being a singles-powered genre. There are exceptions- my favs are Ray Price, Willie, Buck, Dwight, etc. But country buyers have never really rewarded cohesive albums over big singles. Most of the albums that people recommend VMP press...

They are on the way. I've had 3 other records lately where I was about to celebrate how good they sound until the last minute and then pop!!! So peaceful - Love is a sunset.... pop!!!, crack!!!, pop!!! ARGGG.

A lot of times they clean up or cut off long outros in most streaming. I got more than one of these and it's on both. Loud click as the Music ends and they start talking.

Vinyl Me Please Rap & Hip Hop

Can someone tell me if there is an intentional clicking on the Outro - Rest in Peace on Gravediggaz? I've had clicking on the outro of a couple records (like Gram Parsons) lately and want to make sure before I contact them.

Outside of VMP, I have a little game where I hear that static and then I go on Discogs to see who pressed it. So far I'm 2/2 identifying that GZ static before I even look. 4eva is a Long Time and Hurry Up We're Dreaming.

I like Dilla but the Shining with instrumentals would have been my #1 pick.

I want this but at the rate VMP has been repressing R&HH, I'm hoping for that one. Still might grab too make sure I don't miss it.

    Vinyl Me Please Anthology

No Redd Foxx or Knockers Up boo! I've actually gotten Bill Cosby albums thrown in as protection for the album I bought off Discogs.

Gotta pay for that new plant. I don't think anything is off the table to repress at this point. Come on Luchini.

I thought I was going crazy. Everyone is raving and I'm thinking there is a ton of static on the front of Side A. Glad I'm not the only one.

    Vinyl Me Please Essentials

Are there a lot of crackles throughout this record? I've not listened to it before and get crackles all over but streaming doesn't help to check as I think they clean up sound. Can't tell if it's an issue or how it was recorded. Also- holy loud. Set lower than most records to start and pegged...

Last time I listen to a Hoffman forum thread. Maybe they can make it better.

    Vinyl Me Please Essentials

I just wonder how much better they can make it. I've heard it's a digital master. Depending on the recording resolution how much more data is there to transfer. In 2002 my expensive digital camera had 4mp.

    Vinyl Me Please Anthology

Country Willie sounds great all the way through and might be the quietest vinyl I've ever heard and flat as a pancake. Such simple arrangements that really shine and would be ruined by a noisy record. Started to listen to Yesterday’s Wine and good, so far. Pretty flat, no warping of any note...
