I emailed anthology@ almost two weeks ago and have heard nothing. I sent a follow-up email yesterday since it's been so long and have still heard nothing.

This is not good news... two of the albums I received sound like they're covered in cotton, and there's been no response from CS for about two weeks regarding the replacements I requested.
