You are right @Rip_City - we are in a pretty safe space here on this forum. I haven't seen any toxicity from any members here. But, wow, the level of hate runs deep elsewhere. @gaporter put it well :)

This new TS album is amazing. It is shocking how much hate people throw towards TS. I am truly glad I don't need to check with someone else to make sure it is cool to like an artist before deciding on if it is good or not. And very glad I don't need to open my mouth when I don't like an artist.

I am very pleasantly surprised by the direction and quality of this album. I'm more of a "casual" TS fan (even though I own 4 of her albums and bought 2 variants of the one yesterday - lol), so I am very glad that it is such a enjoyable album.

So my first time through the list is 17 albums! Ugh. This is going to require some serious mental negotiating....

Anyone else ever look at a VMP record on your shelf and think - “Man, that would be a great album right now!” - then think - “but I’d have to take it out of that cheap plastic sleeve then, worse, put it back in!” - and just decide to pick a non-VMP record instead?
