I would definitely have asked for a replacement!

CS finally got me sorted for everything going back to November. I got replacements for damaged albums that were still in stock (Lucille) and refunds for those that were out of stock (Comet is Coming, Brubeck...). The replacements arrived Saturday and the $$ hit my bank account about the same...

Thanks, I appreciate it. I haven't received responses to emails from November or December. I got scripted responses for awhile, but those have now stopped. I am waiting on Comet is Coming, a Brubeck replacement and one or two other things that probably aren't happening. Maybe I will use the chat...

Came back from the holidays and finally got some records from VMP, this really puts the cherry on top for December... If you look closely, you can see the word “hold” written on the top package.

I’m out. I may be back in the future, but December was too much of a cluster&$!@ and I still haven’t heard back from CS or received any records. I need to vote with my money and they need to know this isn’t the way to run a business.
