Listening to The White Stripes now and it sounds great! I haven’t heard the 2010 or 2017 pressings, but I am happy with this one. I haven’t heard John Mayer yet, but I agree that differences in how they were recorded is probably just as significant as how they were mastered.

This is my thought too, we got some helpful info on pressings a few pages back. Cheers to more Wu-Tang in the collection 🍻

since it’s at 45RPM, did VMP get their own master? Also, this came in a tear off baggie like Al Green, I’m thinking maybe the pressing location is a good one?
