Damn they have Bill Evans Village Vanguard ERC at retail. Very fair of them.

I bought it after-market for less than cost and am more than pleased. It's a fun concert and it's a nice pressing. Not earth shattering or audiophile, but solid. It captures the feel of the crowd nicely was well.

I have this one and it's perfectly fine. It sounds excellent and I spin it twice a year tops.

It's completely fine. I still use mine in my office set up on a regular basis. A Pro-Ject DC is like 2-3 times the price so it better sound better. Either that or whoever bought the Pro-Ject is trying to justify their expense. Don't worry about it. Just enjoy your table.
