I go through times like this and end up discovering awesome stuff in my collection that I should be listening to more often.

Perhaps the vendor can reverse the credit and issue you a check? Or call the credit card company and see what they recommend...they likely have the credit and can issue a check as well.

I am a satisfied customer...I am at a grandfathered rate until the end of the year though. If you see some things you like...re-test the waters. I haven't had any negative quality or customer service issues in a long while...aside from 1 bad seem split which they sent a replacement for.
