Are the Funkadelic tapes screwed? Just asking because most of the reissues I've heard are terrible compared to the several (albeit pretty noisy) originals I have. Anyway, listening to this new Eddie Hazel pressing has me wondering.... would love to hear the same treatment for the 70's...

The Harmless Records compilations were fantastic! I have most of the Pulp Fusions and the 2nd volume of this. I suppose the closest thing nowadays are the Jazz Dispensary comps.

Day 4 - Rosa Parks Day - Play something that stood it's ground, and fought for what's right. Various Artists "Stand Up & Be Counted Vol. 2" (2000 Harmless Recordings) How about a whole compilation of such music?
