I ordered mine from Tube Depot and they have the option to do balanced on their tubes and seem comparable in price to your deal.

Went from a Grado Gold to a Platinum3 (I’m now running a different cart) at the same time. I upgraded to a Sutherland from a Vincent PHO about 3/6 months later

I upgraded to this from a UTurn and found it a big improvement. Now I upgraded a few things in short order, so mileage may vary, but if you have $2k, I’d definitely recommend the Technics as an upgrade.
