The MMW’s do sound fine when you crank it, but it’s because they cram almost 30 minutes of music on each side. They’re all nearly 60 minutes and all on one disc. Compared side by side with CD, the CD was better in all three that I have/tested (Jungle, Shack-Man, and Friday Afternoon). It’s fine...

I have many of their CDs and when I compared Jungle to my CD, I passed the vinyl along. The CD sounded better on my system. It’s a shame because those albums could really benefit from an audiophile treatment and people would for sure pay.

I’m pretty sure they’re just taking CD files to RKS for the “mastering” and pressing it on vinyl. Whatever it is, they’ve all been lifeless. Cramming this much music on one disc is a terrible decision, too. They did it with the MMW releases from this year as well.
