The tides have pretty recently turned on there. Anybody expressing negative VMP views were downvoted to hell. Now with the migration fuck ups, people not getting records, Black Friday albums being MIA, records being oversold again, nobody hearing from customer service, etc people are starting to realize that VMP has been awful as of late.
@Jmcg85 it's called scaling, and VMP couldn't do it. They were great as a smaller outfit, but now, in order to fix their system, they need to shell out some major money for experienced people instead of hiring a bunch of 20 y/o and thinking that they'll be okay. I've seen it with other businesses. They don't have the right people for the job.
