VMP is easy, cancel that shit. Your employer less so, doesn’t help to have a bit of a browse around at what’s out there though, Dublin is going nuts so there’s definitely opportunities out there!

Yeah after 9 happy years there in a place I had no plans of packing in it's really starting to grate on me. The higher level corporate decisions they are making towards my department are just beyond ridiculous and for no reason.

We are a well oiled machine consistently performing way above board on a yearly basis yet they want to implement changes that add unnecessary stress without an incentive, increases or reward.
We are baffled. Scratching our heads saying why

My take on that level is that they have to just make decisions, any decision, to appear worthwhile!

As you said Dublin is a workers market right now. I'm always getting LinkedIn offers I might have to start listening. Definitely evaluating after xmas. Thanks @Joe Mac

Once proficiency, efficiency & morale hit their peak the good idea fairy waves it's less-than-magical wand, thundering glitter-embossed shit everywhere. Someone high up gets their next promotion while the rest of us get our next head spin.
