It's hard to find 90s trip hop that doesn't have fake surface noise... It was that whole nostalgia for the dead medium thing...

@LeSamourai I absolutely know and I expected it but the pops on that one song are so loud and snappy and completely random, like they are REALLY loud... that I just figured they HAD to be a pressing issue. I always check Spotify but I didn't even bother because these sounded so bad. It's gotta be something with the remaster that they're so damn loud. I am an idiot.

I have had the worst luck also, Entroducing, Since I Left You, and Thought For Food all sound just awful.
