Yeah we've been discussing that in the Anthology thread. I don't think anyone who works for VMP is actually a collector. They really seem to have no clue what they're doing sometimes. (Many times)
The days of VMP interacting with customers in a peer-to-peer collector way are long gone. It's all top down and in control of their own narrative, which is their right, but definitely not what made me fall in love with the company to start with. And the attention to detail by their creative team is abysmal.
