If I'm not mistaken, it's a 90s grunge type band. There are 3(?) band members on the cover. It's black and white, and they're in water. Their heads are barely visible. I'm sure it's been on pitchfork lists and in 2015/2016 it was in the VMP store. I have no idea why I can't remember this album, but I have the urge to listen to it and it's driving me crazy.
