to just one cheese. We had this habenero cheddar that was amazing in boone once. I’m a big fan of sharp cheddars to begin with -Cabot makes a farmer’s reserve that is maybe aged five years that I like a lot. I’m a big fan of regianno Parmesan. I also like bacon flavored cheese that comes out of a spray can and a yummy port wine spread.
