I'll let you know when it gets here. I mostly grabbed it for the colour, because I'm one of those assholes who really just buys vinyl for how it looks.

@zdkaiser already has a review up on Cogs and it sounds like they're the same noisy, poppy, staticy mess. So... no surprise I guess...
