I'm waiting for my vinyl copy that's out of delivery today! His last album was my AOTY for 2017.

@Bohnjaggs i think the cut sounds excellent. I got the clear one with bonus disc. Sadly the bonus disc has tons of noise on it so will reach out to them. The regular disc has a LITTLE noise on it here and it's there even after a clean in the HG. I couldn't be patient and wait for the vinyl, but the whole album hit different on vinyl for me.

An aside from Sampha, but Matt Colton is putting out some excellent pressings these days... three of my favorite 2023 new releases in terms of pressing quality are Matt Colton's (Roisin Murphy, Gabriels and the new Depeche Mode).

@Turbo yep. he's moved into that top tier for me. That Gabriels 2LP deluxe version is absolutely incredible. He also cut the Young Fathers - Heavy Heavy album and its so damn good. He cut the EU version of Sampha - Process too which is a big step up from the US pressing.

That's exactly the Gabriels I'm referring to, the 2LP version (I had posted it in the excellent pressings thread). He also did the new Blur, which is well done too, but the pressing I have isn't as stellar as the other three I mentioned.
