First, they didn't ship any and told people who inquired that they were overwhelmed and working on it, but then they had a second blowout sale without having fulfilled the first round... some people seem to have gotten one or two of the boxes they ordered, but not all. A lot of folks got nothing at all.

Throughout all that, communication has been scant, including responses to requests for refunds, and a GoFundMe was set up to "save" the business. Meanwhile, the proprietor has remained active on socials, while not responding to queries and claiming harassment and racism - which may certainly be occurring and is truly shitty if so.

That said, having a slew of people reach out asking for the goods they purchased, or their money back, is definitely not harassment. And if they reach out more than once due to non-response... still not harassment. I think some folks here got refunds while others filed chargebacks. All in all, quite the spectacle!

...I think that about sums it up, at least from the perspective of a casual observer to the whole thing.

I ordered 4 boxes. Received 2. Order was placed over 3 months ago. They have just stopped responding to emails now and block people on IG who message them.

@avecigrec The owner of the store hasn't posted on Instagram in over a month, nor shared an IG story. The Crateism page has 8 posts from August and 10 from July. None in September and none this month so far. Very telling.

I have received two out of six of the grab bags I ordered. The most recent one arrived over a month ago. I filed a chargeback through my credit union last week, haven't heard anything back.

Wow. I wonder what her reasoning was for all this BS. Regardless it seems filing for bankrupcy might be the next step. What a shitshow. Hope everyone gets their money back.
