Be prepared for shitty customer service, bait and switch on actual delivery times, and paying a premium for the privilege. Other than that though, it's as advertised. I would suggest getting professional help on at least the loading thereof.

Fled NYC during the pandemic, loaded up the entire apartment into a Pod and put it in storage. Spent a few months upstate before moving to California. Had the Pod shipped across the country to the new place. Seamless, worry free experience. Would recommend.

@bdm105, I see no conflict. If you have no real urgency about getting your things to a new location then you'll probably be fine. If you're using it to actually move from one place to another and need to do so quickly be prepared for some disappointment as you wait on your things to catch up to you. They'll make promises in this department that they cannot deliver on.

Yeah and be careful about moving records with them. There’s an issue with how hot they can get.
