I believe it to have been on the truck as well l, fedex uses independent contractors though so I can understand how such an error could have been made maybe more easily than it should be to so to speak, I have never had any issue with them in the past so I’m trying to keep that in perspective as well.
This also went through my mind diaper baby, he “called” someone at my request who said it didn’t make it on his truck but how could they know that if their electronics think it’s on his, unless someone realized it wherever the truck originated from.
Also unlikely but if the driver does realize it’s on his truck it’s possible he could still deliver it today if he realizes he can make it right and cares enough to do so
Also the upscale audio folks went out of their way to assist me with this, I had to contact them to have the shipment held, they had to call them directly because the online system wouldn’t let them. They have provided tremendous customer service for such a nominally priced item, I am so glad I purchased from them
Being able to discuss these things here truly helps my psychological state in all seriousness, I’d likely be having an autistic meltdown at this point otherwise
