Who is eligible- those who own new and unused MoFi pressings purchased 2007 onwards. So, flippers? I buy records to listen to them. I received notification from the court in the mail last week. Pitched it in the garbage. They were a bit shady (ok a lot shady) in their advertising, but still make a quality product.
