I told her she should go to HR, but she is afraid of retribution from her manager, who is also a member of the Prick of the Month Club. She said that the person who made the comment is retiring in the next few weeks, so she’s going to wait it out. I can’t make her go to HR, but I’m certainly going to try to convince her.
