I’m so sorry you are dealing with this. I have yet to get to a GI, but my primary care doctor wanted to test me for Celiac’s but didn’t tell me that the test only works if you have gluten in your diet. I haven’t eaten gluten for 2 years.

It’s just really frustrating when you go to the doctor over and over telling them that you have a problem and they hit their professional limit but don’t want to admit it.

@nolalady Yeah I asked this GI about Celiacs, apparently I was tested back in 2014 and she doesn't feel the need to retest again? I could request it myself but I'd have to start eating gluten again first and i'd rather get back to baseline for awhile.
