You should for sure ask a doctor, but I had a couple on my leg for a few days that I thought were just little dings. My wife tweezed them off and got me 1 pill/something like 500mg of doxycycline, and that takes care of the risk of Lyme disease.

I've been bitten like 15 times already this spring, it's a really bad tick season here in Western MA. I just monitor the spots. I pull like 5 ticks off each dog after any woods hike.
