I kinda agree. Though I do love the album artwork and “Crystal” is a killer track.

I don’t think that’s a super hot take. ‘Crystal’ is amazing, and there are a few other tracks like ‘Primitive Notion’ that I enjoy, but it is probably my least favorite listen in their discography.

Waiting for the Sirens call is the better 2000s New Order album. But Music Complete is their best reunion album by far

Later New Order is a series of diminishing returns. Music Complete is surprisingly good, though.

Overrated by who??

I do like that the guitars are upfront on “Get Ready”. I just don’t think many of the songs are very memorable. “Waiting For The Siren’s Call” is kind of similar in that regard, just with a somewhat lighter sound. I was pleasantly surprised by “Music Complete”.

I agree with the sentiments already expressed… Music Complete is where it’s at after Technique.

Lost Sirens is also better than I expected.
