I've got a leather RFID-safe card holder.

I switched to a front pocket wallet. But it's still a wallet.

I've been using a phone case with a slot for 3-4 cards for >10 years. ID, debit card, credit card, health insurance card (sometimes). I keep a couple of folded up bills between the case and the phone for cash-only situations, but 99% of the time I don't even need that.
