FYI if you play nice and ask for just a replacement jacket, they will send you an un-numbered one. At those prices, go for the jug and get the whole thing replaced as damaged.

Mofi is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in terms of standing behind their product. They truly do not seem to care once your money is in their hands.

@TheThinWhiteDuke yeah I sent them an e-mail. It was Music Direct not MoFi, and MoFi just gave me $5 the last time I asked and it arrived with two seam splits.
@MikeH Yeah I’ve learned that about ordering from MoFi but never had a problem with MD. Guess I’m just gonna have to do that everywhere now.
