Are you asking a forum of record collectors if you should buy a bunch of limited items and then flip them for a profit to cover the cost of your own ticket?
No F1 XP but rodeo comes here and has huge out of town presence. Buddy owns seats for Raiders, few coworkers have season seats for Golden Knights. Between locals and how much out of town traffic we get, it should be easy to get yours and cover your nut w other tix. I know for Raiders, FB marketplace is popular.
@bdm105 I don’t think that’s accurate. Just Google the number of attendees at each race (it’s usually 100,000+) and the average ticket price. Those are not 100,000 millionaires. Of course you will pay more if you want a VIP experience, but I think “regular” F1 tickets are often accessibly priced.
Nah @Heaven or Las Diaper Baby it’s definitely an asshole move to buy anything just for the purpose of reselling it at a higher price, because you’re not adding anything to the product that you are selling. Instead all you’re doing is creating scarcity.
@bettim84 there already is scarcity. It's why ticketmaster is doing the bs they're doing now. live events already have scarcity built in. and cheapest tickets are $500 for 3-day tickets apparently.
