I think tours will still happen. But I think larger artists like those at the "Animal Collective level" of famous can "afford" to cancel shows if they won't make anything. Lots of smaller bands will still tour, it'll still suck, it'll probably be at a loss in hopes of getting to that "Animal Collective level" of famous.

yes. Or at least they will mostly be localized tours(think, just a west coast tour for a band based out that way).
